Lead Children’s Home Care Manager (EBD Focus)

Karma Health and Wellbeing Limited is seeking a Deputy Children’s Home Manager to join their organization in the Basingstoke area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have emotional and behavioral needs and hold a QCF Level 3 qualification.

Your responsibilities will include creating care plans, managing staff rotas, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children. The position also involves shift leading and supervising Residential Support Workers.

The salary for this role ranges from £27,000 to £30,000, with an additional £35 per sleep-in shift.
