Position: Registered Branch ManagerLocation: Croydon, SurreySalary: £36,000 – £38,500 per annum (DOE)Hours: Full time CareerMakers is recruiting on behalf of a well-established provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service based in Croydon. The successful Registered Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall operational management of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with CQC standards.

Responsibilities as a Registered Branch Manager

Lead the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality, person-centred care delivery.

Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, audits, and regulatory requirements to maintain safe and effective service provision.

Manage and develop care staff, including recruitment, supervision, training, performance management, and rota planning.

Build strong relationships with service users, families, professionals, and stakeholders while overseeing referrals and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Requirements as a Registered Branch Manager:

Experience in a Registered Manager role within domiciliary or adult social care

Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance Proven

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – desirable

Experience in dementia, learning disabilities, or mental health services
