Strategic Projects Manager – Delivery Vehicle

Role Responsibilities
- Work across traditional boundaries within the planning profession including development management, planning policy design and implementation.
- Improve delivery of development projects of strategic importance to the City/Mayoral Development Corporation (MDC).
- Deal with strategic/regionally important planning applications from submission through negotiation and determination, to implementation and delivery with specific responsibility for the MDC.
- Take the lead with developers to secure the best possible developments for the City and across the MDC Area and work across the Directorate, the Council and with partners including Homes England, the Combined Authority and MDC.
