An opportunity has arisen to join the Radiology IT Systems support team within Radiology. This is an exciting time to join our team as we are working towards replacing the Picture Archiving & Communication System (PACS). The team supports the Radiology department with a range of administrative tasks and general IT support. You will be front‑line support to the Radiology department, dealing with phone calls, emails and walk‑in queries. Your role is to undertake day‑to‑day administrative tasks and operations in order to support Radiology systems including the Radiology Information System (RIS) and the Picture Archiving & Communication System (PACS).
- Process radiology information in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of data in PACS, RIS and related information systems.
- Address inquiries from HUTH PACS users and provide advice and assistance as required.
- Provide system functionality training to all levels of Radiology colleagues.
- Training will be provided.
We are looking for a motivated individual with good communication, IT and organisational skills. You will be required to work across sites, including Castle Hill Hospital, Hull Royal Infirmary, and the Community Diagnostic Centre (Story Street).
