The role?

• shape a new Engineering function (tech agnostic)
• shape and oversee the Tech & Architecture strategy
• oversee teams in the UK and oversees

Experience you need?

• proven experience overseeing and scaling Software Engineering teams
• proven experience driving Tech, R&D & Architecture strategy
• previous Software Engineer with an active interest in new and emerging technologies
• experience building & delivering AI products
