Estates Manager based within the Central Team

• Proactivelyproviding central estates support across the Trust with the aim ofdelivering high quality learning environments
• Implementation andmaintenance of access security systems
• Maintaining andrepairing pool plant
• Organising andplanning maintenance schedules
• Completingpaperwork, maintaining records and producing reports, including financialreports
• Monitoring externalcontractors/ specifications, and contributing to planning and progressingbuildings projects
• Health and safetyprocedures and regulations e.g. COSHH, including moving, lifting andhandling regulations and the writing of risk assessments, and mitigationof potential hazards
• The importance offensuring a secure and safe environment for children and young people
