The Role:The role focuses on delivering key business objectives by managing everyday depot operations, building a positive sales culture, and ensuring high service standards.
- Managing the daily operations of the centre to achieve business targets
- Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians and front-of-house staff
- Driving sales performance and maximising revenue opportunities
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Managing stock control, costs, and overall centre profitability
- Monitoring performance and implementing improvements where needed

- Previous experience as a Centre Manager / Assistant Manager within a fast-fit or automotive environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
