Your Role

As a Senior Technician in our Bath team, you will:

  • Specialist Repairs: Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and MOTs on premium and performance cars.
  • Advanced Diagnostics: Conduct troubleshooting and complex fault‑finding using modern, high‑spec diagnostic systems.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the incredibly high standards of accuracy and safety that our 5‑week waiting list is built upon.
  • Team Collaboration: Support a close‑knit, expert team during an exciting period of growth.
  • Efficiency: Hit the ground running in a busy environment, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in peak condition.

What You Need

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 2 or 3 preferred).
  • Diagnostic Skills: Strong fault‑finding abilities; Mercedes experience is a significant plus as we use the same diagnostic platform.
  • Mindset: High attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a real passion for prestige automotive engineering.
  • License: A full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Reliability: The ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high‑demand, professional setting.
