About You
- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Account Executive or Senior Sales role within professional services.
- Track record of winning new business and managing complex sales cycles
- Experience engaging with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify commercial opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business opportunities across the UK and Republic of Ireland
- Build relationships with business owners (Start ups and Scale ups)
- Promote the firm’s R&D Tax Relief and Grant Funding advisory services through a consultative sales approach
- Generate, qualify and convert high-quality sales opportunities
- Manage the full sales process from initial engagement through to handover with the advisory team
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM, ensuring opportunities are effectively progressed
- Collaborate closely with technical specialists to deliver tailored funding solutions for clients
- Represent the business professionally while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and client service
