About You

  • Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Account Executive or Senior Sales role within professional services.
  • Track record of winning new business and managing complex sales cycles
  • Experience engaging with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify commercial opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business opportunities across the UK and Republic of Ireland
  • Build relationships with business owners (Start ups and Scale ups)
  • Promote the firm’s R&D Tax Relief and Grant Funding advisory services through a consultative sales approach
  • Generate, qualify and convert high-quality sales opportunities
  • Manage the full sales process from initial engagement through to handover with the advisory team
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM, ensuring opportunities are effectively progressed
  • Collaborate closely with technical specialists to deliver tailored funding solutions for clients
  • Represent the business professionally while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and client service
