Quantity Surveying Manager (Tendering & Project Support)

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tender teams for building works projects (QS inputs, pricing, submission).
• Manage and develop QS team (Junior to Senior levels).
• Oversee QS activities in projects (cost control, variations, claims).
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure tender submissions and project QS work are accurate and compliant.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 10+ years of QS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in tender management and project QS.
• Strong knowledge of building works, contracts, and pricing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam).
• Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing, Institutional projects.
• Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage.
