The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and optimisation of new processes, ensuring seamless integration from R&D to manufacturing. The R&D Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the scaling up of production while maintaining quality standards and efficiency.**Key Responsibilities:*** Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.* Develop and implement research and development plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.* Conduct feasibility studies and process optimisation to ensure successful development and implementation of new processes.* Provide technical support during the scale-up of new processes, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.* Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the development process.* Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders.* Train and mentor production staff on new technologies and processes.* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.* Experience in research and development, process engineering, or manufacturing operations.* Strong understanding of R&D processes and methodologies.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.* Proficiency in data analysis and process optimisation tools.* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.* Experience in the food processing or packaging industry.* Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.#J-18808-Ljbffr…
