The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings with decision-makers in target accounts. This role is critical to building a healthy pipeline for our Account Managers and supporting Cura’s revenue growth.
Book discovery meetings for Account Managers and maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM. Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. Track activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked) and report performance regularly. Stay informed about Cura’s services (managed IT, licensing, VoIP, cybersecurity) to articulate value propositions effectively.
Previous experience in outbound sales or lead generation (IT industry preferred). Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience desirable). At least 1 – 2 years’ of relevant work experience…
