We’re looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our Manchester Arndale team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee daily store operations including stock management, merchandising, and visual standards Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and company policies Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture Analyse sales data and KPIs to drive commercial decisions and improve store performance Represent the Trailberg brand with professionalism and passion, both in-store and within the local community Collaborate with regional and head office teams on marketing, events, and product launches
Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in retail management, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or outdoor sectors Strong leadership and team development skills Commercial awareness and ability to interpret sales data Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in retail systems, Shopify and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Passion for outdoor activities and the Trailberg brand ethos
Desirable Experience managing a flagship or high-footfall store Visual merchandising expertise
