Our client is a well‑established global financial services organisation experiencing continued growth across the business. As a result, they are seeking an HR Operations Analyst to join their HR function and contribute to the continued delivery of operational excellence. The role will play a key part in driving automation, enhancing data quality, and leading structured change initiatives designed to improve user experience and increase capacity within HR. This position offers a blend of analytical work, hands‑on operational delivery, and change management within a fast‑paced, high‑performing professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed current‑state assessments of HR operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, controls and management reporting.
- Partner with HR teams and senior business stakeholders to define user requirements and translate these into clear process and system design.
- Develop and maintain high‑quality operational documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures and decision frameworks.
- Support data cleansing and migration activities from legacy or offline sources into core HR systems of record.
- Coordinate with third‑party providers and internal technology teams to scope, test and deliver system and process changes in line with agreed timelines.
- Lead change implementation activities, including communication, training and adoption planning, and track benefits realised through automation and process improvement.
About you:
- Early experience in HR Operations, HR Analyst or HR Business Management.
- Experience supporting or delivering operational or process change within a team environment.
- Exposure to system or technical change, including working with third‑party vendors.
- Experience managing people data across spreadsheets, databases, or HR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables concurrently.
- Project management exposure; formal training is advantageous.
- Strong academic background.
