Account Manager – Front of House Operations
London | Full-Time, Monday–Friday
£36,000-£38,000 per annum plus monthly & quarterly Commissions

We’re looking for an Account Manager with experience in contract catering to join our Front of House Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own client desk, working alongside a Senior Consultant to deliver exceptional talent solutions across high-profile hospitality events.

The Role
- Manage and grow your own client portfolio, working towards clear performance targets
- Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates year-round
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Support delivery for large-scale and VIP events, including on-site check-ins
- Track performance, pipeline, and strategy in collaboration with senior leadership
About You
- A confident communicator with a relationship-first approach

- Energetic, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of London and key hospitality locations
- Essential: Experience within contract catering
Working Pattern
- Core hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday
- One 07:00 start per week (on a rota basis)
- Weekend check-ins / on-call rota as required
- Regular networking events and company socials
