Hays is recruiting for a full-time KS1 Teaching Assistant for a busy and inclusive primary school in Birkenhead. This setting is ideal for candidates experienced in supporting early literacy, numeracy, and classroom routines in Key Stage 1.Your new roleYou will assist the class teacher with group work, classroom organisation, early reading support, phonics, and behaviour management. You will also help prepare resources and foster a calm, engaging learning environment. Some light 1:1 intervention may be required.
What you’ll need to succeed
