Managing a team of analysts/consultants and outsourced AMS partners to provide support and Continuous Improvement developments across the AGP Microsoft & Web platforms, and ensures that an efficient service is delivered to the business within agreed SLA whilst ensuring customer satisfaction whilst driving the strategic and operational success of the Microsoft 365 platform within the organization.
Collaboration with both IT and key business stakeholders, to ensure successful planning and delivery of projects and Continuous Improvement to time and budget, following AG enterprise and solution architecture principles.
Monitoring costs and controlling within budget for the MS & Web Platforms area, and working with IT Director Business System AGP to plan future budgeting. M365 services include SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform and various SaaS solutions.
Role Requirements:
- Ownership of system monitoring, MS & Web Platforms support and Continuous Improvement
- Ticket management ensuring updates, progress and resolution according to SLAs
- Operational management of outsource partners
- Cost management within budgets
- Budget planning
- Representing MS & Web Platforms at CAB meetings
- Managing audit responses and ensuring audit compliance
- Driving change and innovating ideas working with other IT teams.
Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in computer science/engineering or similar area
- Highly skilled and deep knowledge within MS & Web Platforms
- High level of written and spoken English
- ITIL Certification preferred
Experience:
- Work experience as a team leader
- At least five years’ work experience as an expert within MS & Web Platforms
- Should have worked for an international company on a global level
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Good business relationship skills
- Empathic, role model function for their team
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Highly self motivated
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities
