£50K+ in your first year. Fully remote. We’re looking for a UK-based appointment setter who wants to earn serious money talking to trades business owners — most of whom already know who we are. Warm inbound leads, a 10,000+ contact database to work, and a comp package that rewards you the longer you stay.

About Develop Coaching

We help construction and trades business owners scale from self-employed to running a proper business — one that doesn’t depend on them being on the tools every day. Our clients are builders, plumbers, electricians, and trades company owners across the UK who want to grow to £1M+ and beyond. We’re a lean, fast-growing team and we’re looking for someone who wants to build something with us — not just fill a seat.

The role

You’ll be the first voice our prospects hear. Your job is to turn interest into booked, qualified sales calls (we call them “Freedom Roadmap” calls) for our closer. You’ll work two lead sources:

Inbound leads — People who’ve downloaded our lead magnets, watched our content, or enquired through our website. These are warm. Your job is to follow up fast, get them on the phone, and run a 15-minute triage call to see if they’re a fit.

Outbound to our existing database — We have 10,000+ contacts who’ve engaged with us before but haven’t booked a call. You’ll reach out via phone and email to re-engage them and book qualified prospects onto a Freedom Roadmap call.

This is NOT reading a script to a list of strangers. You’re talking to trades business owners who already know who we are — they just need the right nudge at the right time.

What you’ll actually do day-to-day

  • Follow up on inbound leads within minutes (speed to lead matters)
  • Make outbound calls and send outreach to our existing 10,000+ contact database
  • Run 15-minute triage calls to qualify prospects — understand their business, their challenges, and whether our programme is the right fit
  • Book qualified prospects onto Freedom Roadmap calls with our closer
  • Send confirmation messages, reminders, and pre-call content to maximise show-up rates
  • Track all activity in our CRM (Go High Level)
  • Hit your numbers — booked calls, show rates, and quality scores

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • Based in the UK
  • Proven experience in a phone-based sales or appointment setting role (minimum 1 year)
  • Comfortable making 30–50+ calls per day
  • Confident running short qualification calls — not booking blindly, but actually qualifying
  • Strong organisational skills — you’ll be managing follow-ups, callbacks, and a pipeline
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Excellent spoken English — you’ll be talking to business owners, not consumers

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in coaching, training, or high-ticket sales
  • Familiarity with trades, construction, or blue-collar industries
  • Experience with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM
  • Background as an SDR, BDR, or inside sales rep

Not for you if:

  • You need someone standing over your shoulder to get work done
  • You’re uncomfortable picking up the phone

Compensation

  • Base salary: £24,000/year (£2,000/month)
  • Per qualified show: £50 for every prospect who attends their Freedom Roadmap call
  • Close bonus: £125 for every prospect who signs up as a client
  • Residual commission: 2% of each client’s monthly payments for up to 12 months

Realistic earnings: Month 1–3 ~£3,500–3,700/month · Month 4–6 ~£4,500–5,000/month · Month 7–12 ~£5,500–6,500/month · Year 1 total: £50,000+

The residual commission builds over time — the longer you stay and the more clients you help bring in, the more you earn. It compounds every month. Year 2+ earnings grow significantly as your residual book stacks up.

Working hours

10am–7pm UK time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility on how you structure your day. Our clients are trades business owners — most reachable from late afternoon onward.

Contract details
