The firm is embarking on a significant growth initiative across alternative markets, with a particular focus on private credit and infrastructure. The firm offers a hybrid working with 2 – 3 days expected in the office. This is a broad mandate, offering the opportunity to work within a highly regarded legal management team as they continue to strengthen their platform in response to increasing client demand.
Supporting fund launches across private credit and other alternative asset classes. Providing legal and regulatory guidance on cross-border fund distribution. Managing relationships with regulators, external counsel, and service providers. Monitoring and advising on regulatory developments impacting funds in the UK and EU.
