We are looking for a friendly and proactive individual to join their IT team as a First Line Support Analyst.

The Role of the First Line IT Support:
Provide first-line technical support to users across multiple sites and a growing online customer baseTroubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating where necessarySupport and maintain business applications and network infrastructureAssist with system design, testing and ongoing IT projectsDeliver support via phone, email and occasional on-site visitsThe ideal candidate:
