GPN Recruitment are partnering with a well‑established and highly regarded accountancy firm based in East London, who are currently seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join them on an interim basis. This role is due to start ASAP, and will last for approximately 3 months with possibility for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading audits from planning to completion for clients across a broad range of sectors
• Preparing statutory accounts and tax computations
• Liaising directly with clients and building strong working relationships
• Supporting and reviewing the work of junior team members where required

Qualifications and Skills

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or qualified by experience
• Strong audit experience gained within a UK accountancy practice
• Confident leading audits from planning to completion
• Confident preparing statutory accounts under UK GAAP
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
