Leading and continually expanding organisation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to assist in the day-to-day running of their IT operations.
Interesting and varied role including:
- 1st & 2nd line support for software, systems and hardware issues
- Provide in-person deskside support and basic training
- Device Management
- Asset management
- Managing meeting rooms and related AV / media equipment
- Preparing equipment for new joiners
- Creating / maintaining guides and documentation
Key skills they are looking for include:
- Experience in a busy enterprise IT Support environment (1st – 2nd Line)
- Microsoft 365 Suite
- Experience with Windows & MacOS
- Experience / interest in IT Projects
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- organisation and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
