Innovation Director – AI & Legal Transformation
UK Regional Offices | Hybrid (will require occasional travel)
IGA Talent Solutions have partnered with a legal sector client to support them in their quest to find an Innovation Director on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the adoption of AI and emerging technologies within a growing and forward‑thinking law firm.
This senior leadership role will focus on defining and delivering a firm‑wide innovation strategy, driving the implementation of legal technology, and transforming how legal services are delivered. Working closely with executive leadership, legal teams, and business services, you will identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve efficiency, enhance client service, and support long‑term growth.
Key responsibilities include leading AI‑driven transformation initiatives, overseeing the evaluation and adoption of legal technology platforms, establishing governance and best practices for innovation, and driving firm‑wide engagement with new tools and ways of working.
We are looking for a strategic leader with experience delivering innovation or transformation within a law firm or professional services environment, strong knowledge of AI and legal technology, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver large‑scale change.
This role can be based from any of their regional offices in the UK and offers a hybrid working model.
