The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.
You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role could be helping on the tills, advising our customers, or working in our back shop.
Responsibilities
- Help customers and put them at ease by listening, answering questions, giving great advice, and recommending items.
- Promote store offers and schemes.
- Ensure the shop floor is properly displayed with the right products.
- Provide excellent service at the tills.
- Assist with stock in the stock rooms.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean and presentable store.
- Receive award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

- Excel in a varied environment, working at pace.
- Communicate and listen effectively.
- Enjoy working as part of a team, promoting a collaborative dynamic.
- Know that the little things make the biggest difference in customer interactions.
- Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products.

- This is a permanent role. Candidates must commit to the advertised hours on a permanent basis.
- Shift patterns include a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends.
