Lime Recruit is looking for the ultimate General Manager. It is a bold statement, but one that truly applies for this role !

The General Manager required for this role will have so many strings to their bow it is unreal – you will have to have strong wet knowledge and sales, be the ultimate foodie, uber-organised and be an immaculate and genial host!

The Superstar required:

• As a hands on GM, you will lead your troops into every service in an organised manner
• You will be cooler than the coolest of cucumbers, and never get into a flap when service gets near the weeds
• You will be the ultimate host – every service will feel like the slickest dinner party, and your guests will never want to leave
• You will be an all round good egg and snappy dresser
• As well as a rock and roll restauranteur, you will be the perfect publican – you will be adept at pulling pints as well as touching tables

The Gig:

• One of the best loved eateries in the area – this venue requires a serious operator
• You will have a pub background, ideally with a bit of restauranteur in you
• This is an award winner – and needs a GM to match
