Salaried GP | Path to Partnership | 5–6 Sessions, 15-min Slots

The Royal College of General Practitioners is seeking a salaried GP for a practice in East Sussex, with the aim of progressing into a Partnership role. The practice is well-organized, supports a patient list of around 7,000, and has a stable team of four GPs.

Roles include 5 to 6 sessions per week with a managed workload, 15-minute consultations, and plenty of support for personal development. The package includes up to £12,500 per session, indemnity fees covered, and generous leave policy.
