Head of Insight, Research & Community Engagement

Liverpool City Council is seeking a Head of Insight, Research, and Engagement to lead analytics and community engagement efforts. This pivotal role will shape services and communication campaigns through robust evidence and insights.

The successful candidate will have expertise in data-driven decision-making, a strong background in research, and excellent communication skills. You will oversee the development of dashboards to improve engagement with Liverpool’s diverse communities.
