Community Nursing Associate — Home Visits & Mobile Care

NHS is looking for a Registered Nursing Associate to join the City District Nursing Team in Hereford. This role involves providing care in patients’ homes while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including GPs and nurses. You will be expected to undertake a variety of nursing tasks including medication administration and conducting assessments.

This position offers competitive pay between £28,392 to £31,157 per annum pro rata, with enhancements for out-of-hours work.
