As the Senior Lead – Transformation Project Manager, AMER role, you will lead complex, end-to-end projects focused on our distribution and logistics transformation in the Americas, ensuring our supply chain scales efficiently and sustainably. Your work directly drives operational excellence and resilience across the region, connecting innovative logistical systems to On’s long-term growth journey. Reporting to the Senior Director – Global Supply Chain, Distribution & Logistics Transformation on the Global Supply Chain Transformation team, you will support the Americas region by building a highly scalable, cost-effective third-party logistics (3PL) network.

Your story

• You bring 7+ years of experience in project management, transformation, or analytical reporting within a high-growth distribution and logistics environment or a premium global retail brand operating across omnichannel networks
• You are adept at managing complexity, making sense of high-quantity, sometimes contradictory information to solve problems effectively, and proactively identifying underlying issues to deliver solutions
• You are comfortable making decisions with input from others, prioritizing work autonomously, and providing thoughtful recommendations even when facing ambiguity
• You optimize work processes, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in how things get done, from small tweaks to reengineering, always driving towards scalable improvements
• You navigate uncertainty effectively, operating productively even when the way forward is not entirely clear, and making mindful decisions despite ambiguity, embracing new challenges and learning from both successes and failures
• You demonstrate a self-starter mindset, proactively seeking business optimization and cost savings, and building data-driven business cases to support your recommendations
• You possess strong knowledge of best practices within Project Management and have exposure and experience with ERP systems, with knowledge and exposure to WMS, TMS, or OMS systems considered a clear asset
