The role
As a Technical Services Manager, you will:
- Lead MEP coordination and delivery on site
- Review and challenge design during pre-construction and delivery
- Manage subcontractors and drive technical compliance
- Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover
- Use emerging tools (including AuraAI) to improve delivery and reporting
- Identify and solve problems early, not react to them late
- Represent Aura with professionalism and technical authority
What we’re looking for
We’re not looking for CVs, we’re looking for capability.
- Strong experience as a TSM or Senior Engineer within MEP construction
- The confidence to challenge; design and contractors, where needed
- The ability to operate independently on site
- An interest in improving how things are done, not just repeating old processes
