Senior Site Manager – Education Build (10‑Month FTC)

Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) Limited is looking for an experienced Site Manager in Great Yarmouth for a 10-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for managing key site management functions on a large education project valued over £30m.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record on projects of £5m+, excellent communication skills, and relevant qualifications such as a Degree in Construction Management or NVQ Level 6. A competitive salary of c£55k-£65k is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
