Building Safety & Compliance Manager – Social Housing

TristoneNash Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead a team of compliance surveyors. Responsibilities include contractor management and ensuring adherence to building safety policies.

The ideal candidate will have housing experience with a Registered Social Housing Provider and relevant qualifications, including P402/P405 and NEBOSH Health & Safety. A background in fire safety is a plus.
