Are you an experienced School Business Manager looking for a new opportunity in September 2026? The Education Network is working in partnership with an excellent Special School that is looking to recruit a new School Business Manager for the new academic year. We are looking for an individual who has experience with school Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Facilities Management.
As the School Business Manager at this school you will be running a small team of office staff and site staff. This school requires a Business Manager with previous experience within the education sector and understanding the HR processes of Birmingham Schools.
Job Role
- Lead and manage Human Resources, Health & Safety, Facilities and Admin Support
- Deliver CPD and training to staff members
- Attend SLT and school management meetings as part of the SLT
- Act as the school’s Health & Safety Lead
- Promote the high standards of the school
Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated track record of high standards
- Experience leading a successful team
- Wants to make a difference and improve standards at school level
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Experience as a School Business Manager
