• Carry out site inspections to assess property condition, monitor contractor performance and identify maintenance requirements.

• Support compliance activities, health and safety requirements, and the maintenance of accurate property records.

• Build strong working relationships with operational teams, contractors, landlords and internal stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive approach, good commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A full UK driving licence.

In return, you’ll gain broad exposure across property management, maintenance and capital projects, working as part of a supportive team responsible for a varied and operationally critical estate.
