Roles and responsibilities include:

• Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to this homes residents.
• Administer medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring procedures being followed.
• To liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members to promote quality care.
• Mentor and lead by example being Nurse in-charge.

What were looking for

• 2+ years of Nursing experience
• Nursing home experience
• NMC registered Nurse
