Overview

We are recruiting for an Administrator to support a busy lettings and property management team based in Fazakerley. This office-based role plays a key part in managing rent collection processes, maintaining compliance records, and supporting the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient resident experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support rent collection processes and assist with debt management
  • Upload and maintain compliance documentation including EPCs, Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Certificates and statutory guides
  • Assist the lettings team with enquiries, tenant progression and contract administration
  • Maintain accurate system records, ensuring all communication and documentation is logged correctly
  • Support the resolution of resident queries and complaints, ensuring timely updates and compliance with regulations
  • Provide general administrative support including reporting and data entry
  • Liaise with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure compliance records are up to date
  • Support move-in and move-out processes including inventories, safety checks and documentation

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administrative experience within property, lettings, collections or a similar environment
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Confident communicator with the ability to handle resident queries professionally
  • Experience using property management or CRM systems is advantageous
  • Understanding of rent collection and arrears processes is beneficial
