Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrator for our client, a large auction house in Mallusk.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8.00am 4.30pm (30 min lunch)

Payrate:

£12.71 per hour

Duties will include but not be restricted to the following:

  • Processing auction entries and asset information accurately
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems and databases
  • Supporting stock control and ensuring records are up to date
  • Preparing documentation ahead of auctions
  • Processing client payouts accurately and within required timelines
  • Reconciling sales and resolving any discrepancies
  • Supporting reporting and general administrative tasks
  • Assisting with auction preparation when required
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Handling enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Strong administrative experience (essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially when working with figures
  • Confident using systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach
  • Reliable, organised, and a team play
