Adjacency are delighted to be supporting a long-standing client in the recruitment of a HR Business Partner – supporting key HR projects to enable alignment with business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Business partnering with particular business units, supporting them with generalist HR advice on day to day issues within the allocated area of responsibility
Utilisation of management information and other sources of information to proactively provide accurate, up to date business intelligence that informs functional and business actions
Experience in leading on recruitment, succession planning, complex ER cases, restructuring and other business‑enhancing HR initiatives
Provide both strategic and tactical advice and guidance to managers
Work with the wider People function to continually seek to review and improve the service provided by the HR team
Provide resourcing and recruitment advice to managers and employees
Coach the HR Advisors on resourcing activities and grow / manage the internal succession and external talent bank to achieve headcount plan
Lead on employee brand
Regular attendance at plant communications to ensure understanding of the organisation.
What We Are Looking For?
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR role for a forward thinking organisation with relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent
Proven experience of building relationships and supporting internal stakeholders with generalist HR advice
Solution driven and passionate about achieving commercial goals by supporting a business function with their HR processes and procedures
