Security Installation Engineer (CCTV & Access Control)

Package Overview

• Basic Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Up to £50,000 OTE (including overtime)
• Full‑time, permanent role
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Covering London and the South East of the UK
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Security Installation Engineer (CCTV & Access Control) in this role will handle all stages of installation for CCTV and access control systems, primarily within residential and small commercial premises, working independently and traveling across London and the South East.

Role and Responsibilities

• Carry out installation of CCTV and access control systems from start to finish
• Work within residential and small commercial premises
• Operate independently, with occasional team‑based jobs
• Travel across London and the South East of the UK
• Work on a range of brands, including HikVision, Dahua, Panasonic, Sony, Paxton, ACT and others

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Based within London or surrounding counties (Kent, Surrey, Sussex)
• Able to work independently and travel daily
• Strong work ethic and clean work history
• Must pass NSSA security screening
• Knowledge of NSI codes of practice and current industry standards
• Full UK manual driving licence is required
• Strong communication skills, self‑motivation and effective time‑management
