This key Sales Management position is part of our client’s corporate accommodation solutions team. The role is based in London and Edinburgh with global coverage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a remote sales team of five, all based in the UK and one international location.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property general managers.
- Develop, implement and maintain robust sales action plans.
- Drive sales growth and revenue generation through effective yield management and sales management practices.
- Ensure high levels of guest experience across all serviced apartments and aparthotels.
- Track and report performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ management experience leading remote sales teams.
- Strong management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Previous experience in the serviced‑apartments or hotel industry; branded hotel training programme experience preferred.
- Knowledge of revenue generation, yield management, sales management and guest experience.
- Financial acumen and ability to work independently and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Financial package includes an excellent base salary with open‑ended commission.
