Social Media & Content Manager – Imperial London Hotels Group, Bloomsbury, London

40 hours (5 days of 7 days off weekly rota) • 44,000.00 GBP + Benefits

Imperial London Hotels is a family-owned group with nearly 190 years of heritage. We are undergoing a period of change with new developments and a focus on storytelling and brand growth. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual to join our Marketing team near Russell Square in central London to shape how our brands show up across channels and in culture. This role sits at the centre of that effort.

Responsibilities

  • Leading social-first content and storytelling strategy
  • Developing ideas and formats that bring the brand to life
  • Working with the Brand & Marketing team on copy and content of newsletters, blogs, website and more
  • Planning and delivering photo/video shoots
  • Managing day-to-day social channels and content calendars
  • Working with designers, agencies and creators
  • Using insight and performance to evolve what we do

What you will be doing

Qualifications

  • Has experience in a creative agency or strong in-house brand team
  • Thinks in ideas, not just posts
  • Has a strong eye for content and storytelling
  • Understands what works across platforms (and why)
  • Is comfortable getting into the detail – from briefs to captions to shoot days
