We are currently partnering with a fast-growing SaaS organisation that is looking to hire a Data & Insights Analyst to become their first dedicated data hire and help shape the future of their data capability.

The Role

  • Own end-to-end delivery of data analysis, reporting and insight across the business
  • Work with teams across product, operations, finance and commercial functions
  • Design, build and maintain dashboards and visualisations using BI tools
  • Analyse customer usage and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Support development of reporting capability both internally and within the product
  • Improve and automate existing reporting processes and workflows
  • Contribute to the adoption and exploration of AI tools to enhance insight and efficiency
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Core Requirements

  • Experience in a Data Analyst, BI or reporting-focused role
  • Strong analytical capability with experience extracting meaningful insight from data
  • Experience building dashboards and visualisations using BI tools
  • Confident working with stakeholders across the business
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, understandable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently and owning work end-to-end
  • Experience with SQL or querying databases
  • Exposure to APIs (REST preferred)
  • Experience with Yellowfin or similar reporting tools
  • Experience working in a SaaS or software environment
  • Interest or exposure to AI, prompt engineering or automation tools
  • Understanding of data governance or data management practices
