The Opportunity
You will take full ownership of marketing across key categories including Motherboards, Graphics Cards, Monitors, Gaming Gear and DC Chassis.
This is not a coordination role. You are accountable for driving strategy, influencing sell-out, and delivering measurable commercial impact through marketing.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Category Ownership
- Define and lead UK marketing strategy across Gaming and Prosumer categories
- Translate product roadmaps into clear, executable GTM plans
- Align all activity to commercial priorities and sell-out targets
Launch & Campaign Execution
- Own end-to-end product launches and integrated campaigns
- Drive consistency across retail, e-tail, and channel execution
- Deliver campaigns that balance brand impact with conversion
Partner & Vendor Marketing
- Lead co-marketing initiatives with INTEL, AMD, NVIDIA
- Manage budgets, co-funding, and performance reporting
- Ensure every investment delivers measurable ROI
Team & Agency Leadership
- Lead internal specialists and external agencies
- Set clear direction, maintain standards, and drive accountability
- Ensure strong product understanding across all outputs
Events & Community Activation
- Own major gaming and creator events, from planning to execution
- Maximise impact across pre, during, and post-event activity
- Align closely with partners to drive engagement and pipeline
Market Insight & Positioning
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
- Identify opportunities to differentiate and drive growth
- Feed insights directly into campaign strategy and messaging
Performance & Reporting
- Own marketing budget and KPI delivery
- Track performance across campaigns and channels
- Deliver clear OKR and QBR reporting with actionable insights
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing within tech, gaming, or consumer electronics
- Strong commercial mindset. You understand how marketing drives revenue, not just awareness
- Experience working with channel partners, vendors, and co-funded campaigns
- Track record delivering product launches and integrated campaigns
- Ability to lead teams and agencies with clarity and accountability
- Strong understanding of the gaming, creator, or PC hardware ecosystem
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
