The Role
As a senior leader within the Marcomms team, you’ll act as strategic deputy to the CMO and be instrumental in evolving UKTV’s marketing function. You’ll drive long‑term strategic direction, lead organisation-wide transformation, and inspire high performance across a talented marketing organisation.

What You’ll Lead & Deliver
- Define and evolve UKTV’s long‑term marketing vision and strategy
- Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing team
- Shape enterprise-wide strategy and influence executive decision‑making
- Drive marketing transformation, embedding new technologies including AI
- Oversee creative and strategic development across all UKTV brands
- Ensure marketing resources, processes and systems are future‑ready
- Represent UKTV in industry forums and champion creative and digital excellence
- Own and optimise marketing commercial performance across the customer lifecycle

- Extensive experience setting long-term strategy aligned to business goals
- Proven success leading high‑performing marketing teams
- Experience scaling B2C brands in digital‑first environments
- Strong track record applying data, analytics and insight to drive strategy
- Ability to link marketing activity to financial outcomes
- Expertise in customer engagement, performance marketing and lifecycle growth
- Creative excellence paired with rigorous analytical thinking
- Experience leading organisational change and driving innovation
- Deep knowledge of the media, entertainment, streaming or fast‑moving consumer sectors
