Location: Stockport (Covering Stockport, Manchester, Liverpool, Preston & Sale)Salary: OTE £40,000Job Type: Full-Time
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join a growing and well-established automotive business covering the Stockport and wider North West region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys working independently while delivering high-quality service directly to customers.
The Role
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for travelling to various customer locations carrying out servicing, diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. This role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to represent a professional brand on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs at customer locations
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
- Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Managing your own workload and schedule effectively
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety and manufacturer standards
- Maintaining accurate job records and reporting
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (essential)
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
