Head of HR £75,000p.a. – £Permanent opportunity with hybrid working I am working exclusively with a Leicestershire based Distribution business who are looking for a Head of HR reporting into the HR Director.
In this new position within the organisation you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and strategic direction of the HR team.
Management of all business transformation and change initiatives Partner with key stakeholders to understand key strategic priorities and ensuring this is in line with the business strategy Support on all HR operations including the escalation of complex ER case work Head up strategic focusses such as employee engagement and business culture with the view to driving high performance Line management of the HR Operation and Business Partnering function Deputise for the HR Director when necessary
Previous experience within a blue-collar work environment (Logistics distribution and supply chain etc) operating at a senior HR level Confidence heading up change and transformation initiatives Good knowledge of HR employment law and employee relations…
