Human Resources Director – Greenville City Schools
260-Day Administrative Contract.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Human Resources, or a related field
- Valid Ohio Administrative License (e.g., Principal, Administrative Specialist, or Superintendent License) issued by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce
- Minimum of 3–5 years of successful administrative experience, preferably in a school district setting
- Satisfactory criminal background check in accordance with Ohio law
- Prior relevant experience is preferable
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate
