The Role
As a Real Estate Development Solicitor in this highly regarded team, you will:· Handle a broad range of high-value site acquisition and development work.· Work closely with key partners on complex development transactions including conditional contracts, option agreements, development agreements, and infrastructure arrangements.· Act for a national client base including registered providers, housebuilders, care operators, and private developers.· Have the opportunity to support major regeneration, joint venture, and mixed-use development projects.
About You
To be successful in your application for this Real Estate Development Solicitor vacancy, you will have:· 3-5 years’ PQE with solid experience in real estate development work.· A strong track record of advising on site acquisition, title issues, and property development matters.· A good academic background and the ability to manage matters with a commercial, solution-focused approach.· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative national team.
