Overview
My client is a global multi-service provider recruiting an HR Services Team Leader. This role is client delivery focused with an international remit and involves leading a team to deliver high levels of service to stakeholders. You will be involved in day-to-day operations, manage KPIs for HR queries, and provide coaching and development to the team. The team handles HR compliance checks, international visa requirements, contracts, terms and conditions, and related transactional processes with a focus on service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of the HR team, delegate and monitor workloads, and ensure timely delivery of HR services.
- Provide coaching and development for team members.
- Manage HR compliance checks, international visa requirements, contracts, terms and conditions, and related transactional processes.
- Be involved in day-to-day operations and manage KPIs for HR queries coming through the inbox; manage internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Professional services experience – essential
- Experience in an HR Shared Services environment
