Process Operator
Location: New Mills SK22Salary: £16.87 per hour (rising to £18.28 once fully trained)
Shift Pattern: Continental Shifts
12-hour shifts:
06:00 – 18:00 (Days)
18:00 – 06:00 (Nights)
Rotating pattern including days, nights, and rest days (continental shift schedule)
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Process Operator to join our team in New Mills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering competitive pay and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating production/process machinery safely and efficiently
Monitoring equipment and ensuring quality standards are met
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Completing production paperwork and records accurately
Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For:
Previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred but not essential)
Good attention to detail
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work continental shifts (12-hour days and nights)
Positive team player attitude
